Hi Jim,

There is a bug in global hotkeys that prevents this working.  You need to
get Skype into focus, then Alt-Page up will work.

That worked fine, now how do you answer a call? in earlier versions, it was
page-up with alt, but it doesn't seem to be the same in this version, is
their a configuration that needs setting to allow this function or is it
another key I'm not aware of to answer a call?
