Andrew, these are spam calls, 001 is America, don't call these back, and
anything they tell you is a pile of crap.  They can't see your computer, but
if you download the stuff they ask you too, they well soon may be able to.

Today at 09:34, I had a phone call from a company claiming they could see my
computer and that it has problems.
When I checked the number, it started with the code 001.
Where the hell in the world is that?
I said crap and hung up!
What do I do?
