Hi,

They'll claim they can see your computer even if it's switched off; I've
successfully strung them along claiming my PC is on when it isn't; I even
asked them for my IP address, and of course they gave me an inaccurate one.
In the end, they hang up in despair. But seriously, they're trying to access
computers with nefarious deeds in mind, so your approach is probably the
most appropriate one.

Hth,

Mike

Today at 09:34, I had a phone call from a company claiming they could see my
computer and that it has problems.
When I checked the number, it started with the code 001.
Where the hell in the world is that?
I said crap and hung up!
What do I do?
