Amazon do them at a good price. But once you have decided on which model a Google search will come up with alternatives and possibly a better deal.

Sansa doesn't come with speech out of the box. You have to download Rockbox from their site and the voice is very clear.

Hi. Where can I purchase the Sansa mp3 player from? I've decided not to use my iPhone for music because it's just time consuming and a pain to transfer
music over and I thought something like the Sansa Pplayer would be ideal
What type of speech does it have. Is it clear or robotic?

I think the sansa players are the best option. They small but have
excellent sound and you can have 60 radio stations if you like. You
can listen with external speakers or with comfortable headphones and
it has a screen which someone already mentioned. A perfect device. You
could consider the booksense DS because that has a screen too but that
has some buttons and I think she will more feel comfortable with the
sansa players if she doesn't want too many buttons.

Hi my wonderful next door neighbour is not that dextrous but not that bad

She has a lot of sight and I want to find an MP3 player for her which has
easy controls but could be visual.
simplicity is the answer.
