I think itially I would be putting the files on for her.
When a friend puts the magnifer on his IPHONE she can read that.
Touch Screens and just speech guidance hasn't worked.
My boyfriend,fully sighted,is fascinated by Sansa players, thinks them
amazing value.

Your choice would have to be determined by how much eyesight your next
door neighbor has, as well as just how much dexterity.
We have several customers who are at least in their 70's and are able
to use both the Sansa Clip+ and Clip Zip Talking MP3 Players. I saw a
very good question by someone else which was something like, does the
person use a computer, as they would have to put folders and files
onto the player's memory.
The above would have to be known for anyone to be able to suggest
which solution might be best for them.
