Plus.net provide IMAP email access, to simply set this up on each device, then you wont have to worry about mail synchronising issues as this is taken care of by the very nature of IMAP. There are extensive help pages on the Plus.net website which explain how you go about making this change, if you have trouble finding the information I’ll do a little searching. All the best, Ibrahim. This is via pop3. I now have a MacBook and an iPhone and iPod also set up to receive mail. Thing is, when I've downloaded mail to either the Mac or the phone/pod, when I open the laptop [the original machine where mail was set up] everything downloads again to it. I'd like to have mail removed from the server when downloaded, so does this mean I need to change from pop3 to imap? If so, what do I need to do for each device, or on my providers website. Thanks - Andy
