Hello to all.  I held down the power and record buttons at the same time for
around a minute and nothing happened.  Is there a certain way  I need to do
this sequence?  The record button is the button just to the left of the power
button?  Thanks.  This is so frustrating.

Thanks all.  I asked my dad if there were any lights on the player.
When some button is held down, a red light comes on.  I will hold down
the power and record buttons and see what happens.  Thanks.  I
honestly like the evo10 better then the evo12.

Hi,

You could try pressing both the power on button and the record button
together and keep them pressed until the device starts up again.

It wil say that the time is not correct but this wil right itself..

Hope this helps.

Regards,

C

Hi to all.  I live in the USA and I purchased an evo12 player from
someone who didn't want one.  I received it today  I turned it on,
and it started talking.  I got stuck in a manual that was on it so I
thought I'd turn it off.  I turned off the player, then back on again.
I did something that I don't know what it was, and I can't turn it
off or do anything.  The player is completely unresponsive .  Even
plugging in the power cord doesn't even work.  It just sits there.
What should I do?  Please help!!!!!
