Here in the US, I provide my customers with a shorter audio presentation, a
text manual, and a longer audio tutorial which are on the Evo 12 itself. I
recommend my customers copy it to their PC so they can have the Evo 12 in
hand while reading or listening to this material.

Hi Hazel and Jackie,
I  have read the manual when visiting a  pal in Holland, would have made
more sense if it had been in Dutch.
In the manual it referred   to the problem of resetting warning not to do
it too often, frankly I  was doubtful about the device. I  got so sick of
buying products which fail.
I  emailed my pal in Amsterdam   who confirmed that it is the power and
exit button which resets it, although he admitted he had reverted to using
his old Plextalk, or is it Plextic?
