Jackie,I make it my policy that when I buy a product it must have a cd instruction manual at the point of sale or no buy from me.

Hi Joshua

You are lucky yours even came with an onboard manual, those of us who bought
one in the UK are still waiting for the MysticAccess manual that we were
promised as the apology of a document we got is frankly rubbish! 😊 I don't need
the manual but that's not really the point, and we've had absolutely no updates
either.  Anyway justified grumble over!

As to what mode or state your unit might be in, try pressing the volume up key,
second on the very top row from the left.  Perhaps the volume has turned itself
down for whatever reason.  If repeatedly pressing that doesn't work, and you
have tried plugging it in with no success, perhaps someone else on this list
can offer some suggestions?  I am assuming you are not even getting a vibration
when you try turning the unit off or on?

Kind regards,

Subject: [access-uk] Hello, I have a question about the evo12, I think I broke
it

Hi to all.  I live in the USA and I purchased an evo12 player from someone who
didn't want one.  I received it today  I turned it on, and it started talking.
I got stuck in a manual that was on it so I thought I'd turn it off.  I turned
off the player, then back on again.
I did something that I don't know what it was, and I can't turn it off or do
anything.  The player is completely unresponsive .  Even plugging in the power
cord doesn't even work.  It just sits there.  What should I do?  Please
help!!!!!
