Hi Jake

It is a nice player, I have never had to reset mine which is why I didn't know 
how to before today.  I am concerned, as I've said before, at the lack of any 
manual and updates.  It's a shame because it is easily half the price of a 
Victor Reader Trek, and has some nice features.  But until we see more activity 
from the developer, and a decent manual for all those who would need it, I 
won't recommend it despite my enthusiasm when it first came out.

Hi Hazel and Jackie,
I  have read the manual when visiting a  pal in Holland, would have made more 
sense if it had been in Dutch. 
In the manual it referred   to the problem of resetting warning not to do it 
too often, frankly I  was doubtful about the device. I  got so sick of buying 
products which fail.
I  emailed my pal in Amsterdam   who confirmed that it is the power and exit 
button which resets it, although he admitted he had reverted to using his old 
Plextalk, or is it Plextic?
