have you tried letting them know lately?
until I put in my claim for higher mobility, I don't think even the DLA
department knew that I needed things in audio format either, but since
making sure they were aware of that then, all things from them have been
sent to me in audio.

Well, Jim, you were extremely lucky. I got my D L A letter yesterday in
good old print. I had to scan it to see what it was. No CD's in this neck
of the woods.
