yes, I also received it. it is annoying, whilst some parts of dwp, like the one
dealing with DLA, can do the accessible formats for us with no fuss or bother,
where as some others, such as the income support and SDA one, don't want to
know, and flatly refuse to.

In the post this afternoon I received some correspondence from DWP regarding
the annual increase in DLA. And guess what, it was on a CD and came from
Belfast.
So some parts of DWP have heard of modern technology when dealing with
visually impaired customers.
