Carol,
I didn't want to be negative about this, but thought that it was something of 
which you should 
be aware.

Although I bank with HSBC I had a savings account with the Woolwich and when 
the latter 
was taken over became a barclay's customer "by default".  Originally I could 
check my 
Barclays account on line with a very simple log on procedure but then along 
came pin Sentry!  
I am sure that if you are logging on regularly it does not present any real 
problems, 
particularly with the talking card reader, but it is just another hurdle to get 
through!
