Terry - The fuss from this man anyway, was because the site was flakey. Nothing to do with user issues, but problems at their end with links and buttons that only worked some of the time. They were going through transition, and were not fully upfront about this, even when I was in discussion with them on the phone, they still wanted me to make changes and tweaks at my end, when, as now has been proven, the issues were all with them! -

To be honest I am not sure what all the fuss was about.Sure the access page looks very similar to the old style site and it works ok, but, having said that, I didn't have an issue with the new site once I'd taken time to understand how it worked.
