Hi: scanners and audio books I can believe, but vinyl records? Please
do explain.

Les,

For starters, vinyl records, scanners and audio books all started life as
access technology. Now the non-disabled world wouldn't be without them.

Creating accessible word and PDF documents is much more efficiently done if
you make them accessible through the tools available in MS Office. So, why
spend hours producing something some of your disabled customers will
struggle to read, when you can spend minutes creating something that works
for all.

The business case: The more inclusive the design of your products are, the
more people will find them fit-for-purpose out of the box, and so the more
you'll be able to sell.

Best,
Clive
