Maureen, I use their service and I have heard nothing about this. Where did you hear it frrom: It nearly sounds to easy to me, but any extra security would be welcome.. I have been using their service for years, and I have found them very helpful with any problems I've had. Cheers Robin. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ibrahim Gucukoglu Sent: Monday, October 26, 2009 1:08 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Abbey on-line banking Hi Maureen. Do you not have a talks enabled mobile phone? I realize that you are annoyed, but unfortunately crimes concerning online fraud are on the increase and banks must protect both themselves and their customers. 10 years ago, a problem like this would raise an outcry, but text messages are the norm today and many blind people can access them using a talking phone so there is no access issue. All the best, Ibrahim. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Maureen Poulson" <mo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, October 26, 2009 12:57 PM Subject: [access-uk] Abbey on-line banking > Hi. > > Is there anyone else out there that uses Abbey on-line banking?
