Maureen, I use their service and I have heard nothing about this.
Where did you hear it frrom:
It nearly sounds to easy to me, but any extra security would be
welcome..
I have been using their service for years, and I have found them
very helpful with any problems I've had.

Cheers Robin.

Hi Maureen.

Do you not have a talks enabled mobile phone? I realize that you are
annoyed, but unfortunately crimes concerning online fraud are on the
increase and banks must protect both themselves and their customers.
10 years ago, a problem like this would raise an outcry, but text
messages are the norm today and many blind people can access them
using a talking phone so there is no access issue.

All the best, Ibrahim.
