Great point Steve. I would only add that job posts are welcome by most of our members/subscribers as long as they are related to interactive media. While we're focused on interactive project management and producing, many on here do a mix of roles or wind up forwarding jobs to others. I think as long as the duties and responsibilities are clear and if the job is in a specific location (onsite, remote, etc.) most are probably happy to see job listings unless they are totally unrelated like for a sioux chef. FYI, if you aren't sure where to find the job page go to http://jobs.webproducers.org Oh, and don't forget to remove personal info. like phone numbers from postings if you don't want them on the public list archive.
