Great point Steve. I would only add that job posts are welcome by most  
of our members/subscribers as long as they are related to interactive  
media. While we're focused on interactive project management and  
producing, many on here do a mix of roles or wind up forwarding jobs  
to others. I think as long as the duties and responsibilities are  
clear and if the job is in a specific location (onsite, remote, etc.)  
most are probably happy to see job listings unless they are totally  
unrelated like for a sioux chef.
FYI, if you aren't sure where to find the job page go to

Oh, and don't forget to remove personal info. like phone numbers from  
postings if you don't want them on the public list archive.  E-mail  
addresses are stripped out but other information is not.
