Hmmm...I would agree with you and realize that they are asking for a
developer.  So as my client keeps referring to it as a WP position, it seems
to have created some confusion.  I'll get clarity and inform the list.

Correct me if I am wrong here but this job sounds like its for a DEVELOPER
not a producer. A producer manages development not actual development.
