[vipaudioaccess] midi looper

Hi all,
does anyone know of an accessible midi looper that one could insert on a
sonar midi track, and that would allow building MIDI loops on-the-fly, a
bit like old rhythm machines or hardware sequencers such as the MPC 3000 ?
