Hi everyone
Thanks to all who responded to my query on this issue. I really
appreciated all the feedback.
A special thanks to our very own technology genius Paul Traynor who came
up with the goods once again. I'm sure there are many people on this
list who will agree how lucky we are to have such expertise at our
disposal. Thanks Paul, you have saved my sanity and your suggestion
worked a treat.
Please see Paul's reply to me below. I wanted to send it in in case
anyone else experiences this very annoying and frustrating problem.
If you were able to get full access to the computer, that is "have full
admin rights" then I would suggest that you or someone in I.T there
search for a file called, "jfwkeybd.vxd" and rename the "VXD" part of
the file to something such as "VX". After they are all named and there
will be more than one if you have more than one jaws version on your
computer. Reboot the computer and see how it goes.
