[uae] SCSI support on OS X

Hi All
Just a quick note to say I've solved the SCSI emulation problems on OS X.
Thanks to Martin and Jonathan who both offered to donate SCSI drives to help
me get this working. As it turns out, I managed to track down a drive myself.
I'm having problems with my web hosting at the moment - when I get this
sorted, I'll upload a test OS X build with (hopefully) functional SCSI
support.
