Ok I will not try to make this lengthy.  I agree with what everyone else
said on the replys.
I like all of them.

My additional suggestion is that we try to balance groups more.  I know Bob
and myself got stuck with a lot of low members in our groups so it makes it
hard to rvr.    At one point every single member of my group got wiped due
to aggro and there was nothing I could do about it.  It frustrates me as a
healer to see that happen.

I know its not always going to be possible to do this but its worth a shot.
I couldnt keep up with the healing last night because of having mostly low
members so members of my group were dying constantly.

So consequently eventhough the raid was great for the alliance for me it
wasnt much fun.

This is not a complaint but an observation.  And just wanted to point out
that maybe we could do better in this area also.
