I looked this one over some more. I still lean toward 5595 but not positive. 
5579 has also been suggested.

Have you considered Cacozelia pemphusalis (Hodges #5578)?

I sent this to BugGuide I.D. request. The closest I got was Pine Webworm - 
Hodges#5595 (Pococera robustella). It came to my porch light in Johnson City, 
TN (Washington County) on 8-10-09.
