Dear Texbirders,
The Blucher Park Bird Walks got off to a great start this morning. We had 60
species, including ten species of warblers (pretty good for early April). The
best birds were a new species for Blucher Park: five Buff-breasted Sandpipers
as fly-by's.
We had 33 visitors, including one from Anchorage, Alaska. The walks continue
at 7:30 tomorrow and each Saturday and Sunday in April, so if you are in the
area, come on by.
Thanks to Mike Egar and Phyllis Hibdon for hosting.
