I use a Dry Glue Stick. Put a dab on the SM component, put it down
physically, then solder with pencil tip iron. There is a cement available
for this, but Dry Glue stick works well. And I don't mean Hot Glue stick.
Dry glue is the same stuff they use on Post-It notes.
