I've checked caps in and around ABL circuit and have chilled components. I took the CRT board off and plugged the set in and heard high voltage corona from CRT pins (Seems like it kept in time with the video blink). I slowly approached the pins with a grounded screw driver and saw arcing from the pins. Unplugged and put CRT board back on and plugged back in and picture came on with a good picture (No blinking). If I adjust the screen control too low, the picture will click off. I have a B&K 470 CRT checker, but no adaptor for this tube. Does anyone know a trick to disable this blanking problem? > ** Original Subject: RE: [TechAssist] Re: Sony KV32S20 (?)n> ** Original > Sender: "Ron Miller" <rlmbkm@xxxxxxxx> bb > > BAD CRT,got a Sencore CR70 or 700?Zap it.Good luck. > Ron Miller > D.T.V.
