Probably best done by a combination of the controller build - internal
demand dependant stage and the plan. You will lose plan following
checks anyway, so that isn't a problem.

Has anyone written a scoot plan which contains 2 UTC demand dependant
stages contained within the one scoot stage. I have checked the plan
preparation handbook and it only gives the following example which is
not suitable for my proposed stage sequence.

J01111 001 N01111 {A 0}1, {B 0, AB 2}2, {C 0, AC 2}3

What I hope to achieve is something like this, stage B is a filter which
I don't want to extend
