congrats Darla on being able to get through it without going into
bankruptcy.
I don't mean to say there's anything shameful about bankruptcy, it's just
that some of my friends have the idea that it's an easy way to get away from
all your bills, and has no consequences; that's what I give them info about,
the consequences of going through bankruptcy.

Dear Chip,
I had to really pinch pennies for several years because my ex declared
bankruptcy which negated the judgment I had against me to assist with some
bills he helped us accrue, but I didn't file bankruptcy, as I wasn't going
to stoop to his level. I need to check my current score, as mistakes can be
made, and I need to know that when we move.
