Well, everyone is going in the wrong direction on this in my opinion. It is
not age but there traffic record. So I think anyone who has say more than
two mister meanor a year should be made to retake there DL exam and then
made to go to the driving school and put on probation for 6 months till they
show they can drive and safely drive a vehicle. This same thing should be
done for criminal mister meanors but instead of two per year it should be
one per year and instead of 6 months probation 1 year probation . Now this
is just a example it might need tweaking.

A question of age
The driver's age is 22 and the pedestrian's age was 75.
Now using age as criteria for driving ability may draw the anger of the
AARP. So it is not so much the age as driving ability. I realize this
ability can decrease as age increases.
Accident statistics show younger drivers are in more accidents than the
rest.
I would like to see the word accident redefined as it pertains to driving
and pedestrian safety. The word is so broad, as it is used now.
