Unfortunately, Ecartis (the free list server that we use) does not
support attachments. I may be able to change this administratively, but
I'm not sure how--the guys running the freelists.org site are trying to
cut down on their bandwidth, after all. If you can upload them to a
website and post links, that works fine.
If the SMEE folks are interested in a more dedicated website thingy, I
may be able to swing that too (would enable you to post files and such)
with some effort, but unless that's something that everone wants it's
probably not worth it at this point.
