Not sure what mob type in Skyfire drops essence of sunlight. However, if it
is 'chormodrachs' I suggest that you all skip doing any buffs at all or
paying for KEI before you start. Chromos have a very nasty habit of
dispelling over and over again. No sense wasting good mana on bad buffs.

Hopefully we will see some cleric epic shards drop as well, both Savor and
Hak will need three each.
Brum -- could you verify which mobs have the best chance of dropping before
we hit the zone?

sure. i am hoping that they have a good drop rate. Ruth is only 11 essence
of sunlight's short. Hopefully we get a lot more than that. She has all
the celestial tempers, enchanted blocks and rings, leather padding and rain
water/griffenne blood already.

Sounds like a good plan. If we get enough of the essence (not sure what =
the drop rate is) I might try to get a piece or two of the armor to =
upgrade as well. Gild and Tae had a good outing in velks last =
night...only died once...hehe. Seems like 51 is taking forever, however =
my goal is to try and get 52 before sunday.

Winning the boots was a fantastic deal. Unfortunately, it was the pull =
rate
that was disappointing. Two SMEE groups could easily pull as fast or =
faster
than that 5 group raid was pulling. Have fought there with just a four
person group that was pulling at about the same speed as that raid.

For 6 Apr SMEE, recommend the following: 1. start at JP to assist Tae =
in
beating on Barduk (have tracker prepositioned to let smee know if worth =
trip
to JP), 2. head to Skyfire mountains to hunt wurm's (Hak =3D shards for
cleric epic, Swayze =3D essence for cultural armor), 3. CoM reavers
(Druid/ranger/shaman epic pieces). Events 1 and 2 can be done with any
number of SMEEers, event 3 would require a near full turn out.

UP will be a good place for us for some time to come, I would like to =
hit it
on and off as we go along. There are some great loots that drop there =
and
we can upgrade a lot of plate and chain class gear.

Epic note: SMEE is capable of doing many of the minor battles for most
class epic weapons. Hopefully, everyone has researched their particular
epic and knows what items are required. Theese battles could make could
adventures to have in our hip pockets for SMEE days. Actaully there are
several items that can be done by 1-3 SMEEers. A goal for SMEE should =
be to
get everyone as close to their epic as possible, leaving only the large
guild/planar type raids to get epic.
SMEE can probably gather up enough high-level friends or FA support to
actually complete some of the epics.=20

Wasn't all bad...Tae won the roll for the boots that dropped...nice =3D
upgrade for him.
