Olivia,

If you just want to do cursor measurements, then you
can use scopeview from mitnix.com. The link is
http://www.mitnix.com/index.php?id=ScopeView

But as Steve has mentioned, if you need to do post
processing, you'll need to do the measurements again
to save the data in raw format.
