I have a small VBA application that runs in Excel, which basically allow =
you to take measurements, based on cursor deltas. You just drop in the =
image, calibrate the cursors (in X and Y directions). Then when it is =
calibrated it gives you the delta between the X or Y cursors. This is =
very useful when you don't want to redo the measurement.
