Please check out SPEED2000 from Sigrity (www.sigrity.com) for lossy
transmission line modeling directly from your physical and electrical data.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Tool Recommendations?

I am beginning a project which requires signal integrity analysis across a
system including multiple PCB, connector and cable transitions. It requires
lossy transmission line modelling for signals from 100MBit/sec to
800MBit/sec.

I believe the best available lossy transmission line modelling is in HSPICE.
Is this true?

Does anyone have a recommendation for extracting PCB data to geneate spice
models?

Are there more appropriate tools for this job?

Thanks in advance.
