Hey Fred: great question. If I remember correctly, I thought one time
I read somewhere that you said that your beloved "Paladen" didn't like
to be shown, and as we all know he was a superior animal and producer of
superior animals. Because you said in your post that in the class there
were at least 4 top quality animals, I'd go with the dog that showed me
the superior quality, but not necessarily the "showing fool". Obviously
he's alot smarter than the others in the class and finds charging around
a ring just that.......foolish. A superior structured animal only has
to walk for a knowledgeable judge to see this dog is put together
correctly. Besides I don't recall reading in the standard anything
saying a dog should show like a "showing fool" to be the standard of the
