A friend ask me why I bother..... sometimes I wonder.  Live with  WHAT?  The 
neighbors don't have to "live" with anything if the animals are  not barking 
incessentanly, or the yard is getting cleaned up.
 
I have to "live" with people's screaming half wild kids when I go to  the 
store, or sometimes even out to dinner.  Does that mean that I should  get 
together with like minded people and start passing "limit" laws?  
 
The answer is in being "neighborly"... and in our case we certainly  were.  
Our neighbors never even had a clue how many dogs we had, unless  they were 
invited over.  A couple were.  They were  impressed.
