Yes, Sherry, debarking  IS actually humane.  The dogs know no differnence 
and it sure saves peoples nerves.  I think you may be on the wrong list.  If 
dogs are not being abused and they are not offending you through noise or a 
dirty yard..what is your point???  You just object to people who have 
multiple dogs out of ???principle???  property value??? Come on...get real. 
Guess we all need to get rid of all our dogs so our neighbors property 
values don't go down...If they are making a racket or the yard is dirty or 
they are being abused that is a different story..but JUST BECAUSE they are 
there??
