It is the CITY of Marion, IN.  And your point is?  
 
PEOPLE  We have got to get over ourselves.  And one of the  first things is 
this Animal Rights attitude towards anyone that does things a  bit different.  
So there are large scale breeders.  Unless those  animals are not being cared 
for there is no law against it - and it isn't  anyone's business how many dogs 
someone owns, breeds, etc.
 
Chances are those Amish farmers are already USDA licensed, and no doubt  are 
NOT within the city limits. So this legislation will have no effet on those  
"evil" people.  The Amish farmers I have known took pretty darn good care  of 
their animals.  So they consider them "livestock"... there is no law  against 
it - and I have seen "show" breeders do a lot worse.
