I am state and country licensed doesn't bother me a bit.  Over the 30 years 
my inspectors have been farmers, friends of the boss and ex beauticians. 
They really know a lot don't they.

There are so many ways to get around the license and many people do.  just 
because you have a license does not mean you give the dogs what they need.
