I agree with Sherry, I have lived outside the city since I started in dogs 
many years ago.  As to the question about space for individual dogs, the USDA 
does have a formula for that.  I am sorry but I do not think that just because 
I 
love my dogs and want to breed, train and show them my neighbors should have 
to live with it.  
That is why my neighbor who likes to hunt lives out here.  He can target 
practice and not worry about complaints.  If you want to have animals you need 
to 
live out in the country with land for them to live on.  That is just my 
opinion.
