Gear noise when winding...! I've had that happen. I believe it's a failed spring.

I don't know. I would need to change the finder lens also to insure the focal lengths are matched. I will deal with this if I can get the mechanical work done. Everything appears to be working but there is a little gear noise when working the winding mechanism and the shutter is not crisp, so I think a complete CLA is in order. If the lens was perfect I would just send it on to Harry but its not worth that kind of overhaul right now.
