[real-eyes] Re: t w c phone audio problems?

well yesterday morning I got yet another visit from a twc teck. This guy has 
13 years experience and sounded like he new what he was talking about.

It sounds like there might be noise getting into the line. My whole noad is 
effected. the problem is that it may be intermittent, and that's real hard 
to track down.  They were going to get a teck with the softwhere to work on 
this at 12 PM yesterday. No word yet on weather or not they fixed it. so it 
sounds like they know it's a problem and it's a problem that they can't 
easily fix.

replacing my modem as they customer service had said: would not fix the area 
wide problem.

So the good news is I did feel like this guy listened to me and fully 
understood that the problem is on there end and not mine. Lets keep our 
fingers crossed and lets hope that no one ever drop s a call in an 
emergency.
