FYI - many of the "info" boxes in the print book are missing the fancy
"Information" header and graphic.  It's a simple case-sensitivity issue,
the book compilation process picked up "Info" but not "info".  Don't bother
changing all the info boxes to the same case in the wiki, I'll fix this on
the compile-side before making the next version of the print book.
