That's great! You'll have to explain to us how to generate it, I love it! :+)
However I think that the contribution counter has lost many contributions by
Seth. He did almost all the instructions up to the first node config, we should
hack the pdf to count them, as he deserves it! :-/
I think it happened by moving the pages on the 12c subspace...

FYI, the instructions at http://racattack.org/book should work verbatim to
generate the book (I've updated my github code to compile the 12c version of
the book). Feel free to request for me to compile a new copy of the book from
current wiki content anytime as updates are made on the wiki. Depending on
availability, I should be able to regenerate the PDF within a few days at the
most.
For now, I stuck in the second "Expore RAC" part from the wikibook just so you
can check for formatting - but I can pull this out of the final OOW13 print
version.

As far as I know, Jeremy was used to create the book by using his scripts on
github:

I'll try to reuse them and I'll let you know the result. If I manage to get the
electronic book however I would appreciate if someone else takes the ownership
of ordering a printed version... traveling from GVA to SFO is weighty enough
even without books :-/
