So Uh... Ok.
I'll try to manage the creation of the electronic book, just the first part
because we are still missing the "Explore RAC" section.
As far as I know, Jeremy was used to create the book by using his scripts on
github:

I'll try to reuse them and I'll let you know the result. If I manage to get the
electronic book however I would appreciate if someone else takes the ownership
of ordering a printed version... traveling from GVA to SFO is weighty enough
even without books :-/

Are there plans to do the printed books once the 12c rewrite is done? This
print version was a very nice touch at Collaborate. Maybe just do a few copies
for reuse?

If there are some roadblocks or issues we just describe the issue and possible
solution, through it to this list and wait 1-2 days. If no objections received
the person adjusts the previous steps.
Good? If ok to all than feel free to start putting things together :)
Let's rock folks and get it done.
As soon as we complete the Win basic version. we can start working on Mac and
advanced options.
