First cut of print book - with basically no fixing-up of oddities - is
here: http://racattack.org/racattack12c_2013-09-04.pdf
FYI, the instructions at http://racattack.org/book should work verbatim to
generate the book (I've updated my github code to compile the 12c version
of the book). Feel free to request for me to compile a new copy of the
book from current wiki content anytime as updates are made on the wiki.
Depending on availability, I should be able to regenerate the PDF within a
few days at the most.
For now, I stuck in the second "Expore RAC" part from the wikibook just so
you can check for formatting - but I can pull this out of the final OOW13
print version.
