Elias, What is you subject matter and light source?
General purpose, available light. I shoot family and landscape with such a film. I never print bigger than 8x10, or I scan. I use a variety of cameras, compact P&S to Canon FD SLRs and TLRs, and so sometimes I want to shoot 12 or so exposures. That's why I want a 400 speed film in bulk roll.
I'm almost settled on Tri-X, but you've all got me thinking about TMAX400 now.
I guess I'll have to buy a roll of each and see what I get.By the way what's the Different between the Tri-X labeled TX (green and yellow box) and the Tri-X Pan (red and yellow box)?
