No. Pyro developers are only highly toxic if you make them from scratch with powder mainly because they can get to your lungs fairly easily. The liquids you mix together (such as Thorton's brew, PMK premixed, etc) are, generally, no more dangerous than any other chemicals you use in photography. As always with ANY chemical, use protective clothing and eyewear.
