Hi

Regrettably, orca does die. But with linux if a process dies you can
simply restart it. Just press apt + F2 and type orca. You only need to
reboot a Linux machine when you replace the kernel.

Hi All,
I installed Ubuntu Hardee this past weekend and was impressed that
speech works during the install. I lost speech a couple of times
during the install and had to start over, but I finally got it
installed. Now that I have it installed, I am losing speech quite
often and have to restart the machine to get speech back. I wanted to
find out if anyone else on the list is having this problem and if
there is a fix for it? I found some messages mentioning the problem
on other lists but didn't find a solution. Thanks in advance for any
help.
