Hi.

when did NVDA get hooks?  When I went on their website last, they were
still hoing someone would take on the task and had a 6 month tentative
turnaround time for the project if someone would care to take it up.
That was about 2 weeks ago.  Where do you go for instructions on how
to implement that or add it to your existing installation?

I think the idea of giving the user control of when to turn hooks on
or off is brilliant!
